how it all works
Time is billed by the minute via our time tracking system.
All time spent to carry out your projects is billable including email correspondence, phone calls, zoom/teams calls, and anything else we do to carry out your project.
Expenses
If we incur a cost to perform your work we will bill you for those expenses. Prior approval will be obtained by you prior to any purchases. This includes but is not limited to postage, printing, WordPress templates, domain names, hosting, and stock photos.
Pay As You Go
This option better suits folks that are unsure of how many hours they may need on a consistent basis. Pre-Paid hours are due prior to the start of any work. There is a minimum 5-hour purchase requirement!
Pre-Paid Pay As You Go hours are allowed to carry over for up to 3 months (90 Days) from the date of purchase. Pre-Paid Pay As You Go Hours are non-refundable and after 90 days any unused hours are forfeited.
10, 20,+ 30 Hour Packages
These pre-paid packages are at a discounted rate, billed recurring monthly automatically, and are best suited for folks that need on-going support. Overage of hours is billed at the end of the month at the packages hourly rate.
Rock Star Client packages guarantee priority scheduling of work time and also are a great means of budgeting for your needed support.
Because Rock Star Client Packages are at a discounted rate they DO NOT CARRY OVER. Rock Star Client Packages are non-refundable. A 30-day notice is required to discontinue a Rock Star Client package or move to Pay As You Go Hours.
