Pre-Paid Hours:
YourSavvyVA offers clients Pre-Paid hours as it guarantees priority scheduling of work as well as a means of budgeting for your needed services. Pre-Paid hours are due prior to the start of any work. There is no minimum requirement! You decide how many hours you would like to purchase!
Pre-Paid hours are allowed to carry over for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Pre-Paid Hours are non refundable.
Time is billed by the minute via our time tracking system Paymo.
All time spent to carryout your projects is billable including email correspondence, phone calls, skype calls and anything else we do to carryout your project.
Expenses
If we incur a cost to perform your work we will bill you for those expenses. Prior approval will be obtained by you prior to any purchases. This includes but not limited to postage, printing, WordPress templates, domain names, hosting, stock photos.
There will be a service charge of $40.00 for any returned checks or deposits.
We accept major credit cards through PayPal and our Merchant Service Provider.
