Rates & Terms of Service

Digits Plus and YourSavvyVA offers clients an hourly rate based on the complexity of the project/service  (please inquire for current rates).  All new clients will sign a client agreement.

Pre Paid Hours:
Digits Plus and YourSavvyVA’s clients Pre-Pay for Hours as it guarantees priority scheduling of work as well as a means of budgeting for your needed services. Pre-Paid Hours are due on the 1st of the month or prior to the start of work.  There is no minimum requirement!  You decide how many hours you would like to purchase!
Time is billed by the minute and you will be invoiced once a month. Time sheets will accompany your invoice if requested.
Pre-Paid Hours are allowed to carry over for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
Pre-Paid Hours are non refundable.

Terms of Service:
Invoices 10 days past due incur a 1.5% statement charge and all work will cease until payment is received.
Postage, shipping, printing, etc. are not included and will be billed at cost as reimbursable expenses.
There will be a service charge of $40.00 for any returned checks or deposits.
We accept cashier checks & checks and major credit cards through PayPal.
