The other day I was fortunate and honored to be asked by a friend to help setup a fan page on Facebook for a remarkable young lady named Mandy. Mandy is 8 years old and was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) on Oct. 23, 2001, her first birthday. She was diagnosed with a bilateral Optic Gliomas on Feb. 18, 2008. This malignant diagnosis prompted her starting chemotherapy. Limited Liability Company (LLC)
The LLC is a relatively new type of hybrid business structure that is now permissible in most states. It is designed to provide the limited liability features of a corporation and the tax efficiencies and operational flexibility of a partnership. Formation is more complex and formal than that of a general partnership.
